Roberto Nigro from Tempi Tecnici said: "A big square, five towers distanced, the sound clean and present. Alberto's work on audio is close to the perfection as always, you never feel the need to add anything and that has been my only problem programming the X-spat. I make X-spat to receive through ADAT input 5 sources: 1-bass; 2- Arto's guitar; 3-keyboards; 4- trumpet; 5- drum. The sounds positions in space at the start is fixed or with minor variations; I love to mix, to bond the sounds, you don't feel any alteration but a fantastic thoroughness sensation. Alberto like it and Marco throws again asking me to rotate Arto's guitar sound: it works! There is a magic moment while all is moving, Marco helps me with the potentiometers of the MIDI controller, we assigned them to the X-Y-Z data of each audio sources. X-spat process all and sends via ADAT five channels to the Yamaha PM5D mono/return. Well done!". (more)
